How should I care for my Alphalete performance wear?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric and fit, we recommend washing your gear in cold water with similar colors and hanging it to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can break down the technical fibers.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume launch periods, processing may take up to 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
