Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free of hair, stains, or odors.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
